Who: Izaya and Dr. Nii Jianyi When: Thursday Where: Stone Maze, secluded corner Summary: Nii needs to check out his 'apprentice's' progress with dharmic lesson. Rating: PG? Warnings: Nii and Izaya... is warning enough.
Nii arrived at their rendezvous point not too long after the younger male, though it was a little while longer before he made his presence known. He merely observed Izaya for several long moments, his night-dark eyes drinking in the other's form with cool detachment from his vantage point just a short distance away. He appeared as stubborn and surly as ever, a trait that Nii might almost have found endearing, had he been capable of feeling anything remotely close to such an emotion.
Finally, he made his silent approach, his form seeming to bleed out of the shadows and take on a solid shape as he came to a stop a mere two feet from where his young apprentice was standing. He gave the other a slow, sardonic smile, and manipulated his toy bunny's hand in order to give it the appearance of waving.
"Hello, Kitten~ We've missed you~" he intoned, his voice an eerie lilting murmur that slid snake-like across the distance between them.
He had no doubt that the old man could had been there earlier than him and was simply hiding his annoying existence just to creped on him. Too bad he can't stay hidden forever. That would had been a huge favour for the rest of the world. So he made no effort to 'discovered' him and just waited for him to get his face out.
That warping used to freaked the hell out of him but he had gotten so used to it by now that he barely even reacted to it. He made no effort to entertained Nii's antic nor did he replied his 'greeting'. Instead, he simply tore his back from the stone wall and waited for Nii to actually said something worth hearing.
The doctor merely chuckled in response to Izaya's moody behaviour; he was used to it after all, and he hardly expected the younger male to be easy to deal with, given that his 'ownership' over him was quite forced. Still, it made little difference to him whether Izaya liked him or not, given that he was incapable of returning such feelings in kind. He viewed the other as nothing more than an interesting toy who, for the moment at least, was capable of providing him with some entertainment. Once he lost interest in him...well, he still knew that Izaya was responsible for week 103, it would no doubt be amusing to watch what the other little bunnies in their admittedly small playgroup would do to him, once they found out...Stay interesting, Izaya-kun~
"So then," he intoned, taking several shuffling steps forward, his bunny slippers scraping against the ground as he moved, "I trust you've been well? I see you've set yourself up quite comfortably, in the city~" because, of course, this creeper knows where you're staying...
For him to actually listened to someone was rare enough that it irked him so much that he couldn't get rid of Nii. Plenty of Yakuza lords had tried the same thing with him only to get their back stabbed and some didn't even had the chance for revival. That was the kind of person Izaya is, he played by his own rules and no one's else. His standing with Nii obviously upset him a lot more than he liked, not to mentioned finding ways to deal with the pervert has been unsuccessful so far...
"More or less." Izaya knew where you're staying too, creeper.
