Where: The hallway between suites 31 and 32
Summary: Conan corners Kaitou Kid! ....and then Kid has plans of his own.
Rating: PG
Warnings: rivalry between thief and detective, something funny, and snark.

Kaito was feeling pretty good about himself. Maybe not his most impressive heist, but it was still a good one. He was of course still disguised as Takami as he made his way down the hall. He tried not to hurry too much and kept his eyes peeled for shrunken detectives or angry girls with mops as he made his way back to home base.

It was actually pretty nice to pull a heist again. He hadn't realized how much he'd missed it until now. Maybe the target wasn't anything big or well guarded and he couldn't use his glider so it wasn't entirely the same, but it was still so much fun.

At the sound of approaching footsteps, the detective looked up to see the form of the klepto blond boy and smirked slightly. "Just a minute, Kaitou Kid." It was just like before, just like a normal heist and just like it should be- Conan stopping him, that is.

"I thought you use him as a disguise." Shinichi stated, his arrogance laced into his tone as he continued smirking.

Ah and there was the last thing to make it almost like home. Tantei-kun standing in his way again. Kid grinned impishly. "Well there weren't very many good choices now were there? Good afternoon Tantei-kun~"

Conan shrugged and didn't move from his place against the wall. "I take it Takami's sleeping soundly in his room? I check his room not too long ago and found the door locked." He pointed out.

"So, did you manage to trick Nakamori-san into giving you your doll back?"
