They do, just not so much called Truth or Dare, and it stopped being Truth when it comes to a point where you're all trying to creatively out-lie each other while keeping a straight face... so I guess not exactly.

You're allowed to lie in your version? You can't lie in the version we play, but the dares can be worse, so I usually pick truth.

The whole point is a challenge, and truth isn't always a requirement in my line of profession -- or at all in that particular game.
