Summary: Quatre holes up in the cafeteria with a headache, hoping for quiet and a lack of offensive bathrooms.

Trowa walked into the cafeteria for a water bottle, frowning a tiny bit as he spotted a blond head of hair with fuzzy white dog-ears attached down on a table.

"Are you alright?" He asked softly, laying a hand on his friend's shoulder.

Quatre yelped and sat bolt right up, ears flattening of their own accord in surprise as Quatre spun around in his seat, eyes wide. Who-? How-? Why hadn't he noticed anyone-!?'

The gundam pilot didn't realize his 'attacker' was Trowa until he'd already moved to elbow the other in the gut.

Trowa jumped back enough to avoid most of the blow, though he was still caught in the stomach enough to knock most of the breath out of him.

Catching his breath, he sat down on the bench next to Quatre. "Sorry, I'll remember to announce myself next time."

"T-Trowa?" Quatre said with wide eyes, watching as the other pilot sat down. His ears had gone straight up, but now they drooped down again in guilt.

"Trowa! Oh, I'm so sorry, I didn't mean to, you just...surprised me. Are you all right?" Quatre shifted uncomfortably, leaning toward Trowa as though he was going to check his friend over himself only to think better of it and lean back, ducking his head in apology.
