You know... it's actually kind of a relief. Being out here, knowing for sure that there is a me back home and I'm just a copy and none of this is affecting anyone we know and life is just going on as usual

It's something of a double edged sword. On one hand it is nice, knowing that the originals are fine. On the other hand, it means all of our memories are false and we don't have anything to return to. It seems like the recipe for an existential crisis, but it would probably be for the best not to dwell on such things.
