Perhaps... you could be a little more specific? What information are you looking for? Different kind of emotions, why people have them, people's reasoning in regards to their emotions...?

'People's reasoning in regards to their emotions, as well as what it is like to have them,' Misaka explains.

Some people may become either rational or irrational based on their emotions. For instance, the threat of guilt will cause a person to do something selfless that betters the rest of humanity in some way. On the other hand, the feeling of entitlement that you must always be selfless, can lead to a person's untimely demise for the sake of a higher cause, however unreasonable it seems.

As for what it's like to have them... It's infectious. Anger begets anger, sadness begets sadness, happiness brings happiness. To be constantly affected by those around you, it's fascinating, stimulating, but can also be crippling.

'How can it be crippling?' Misaka questions in a curious manner.

'They are good to have, correct?' Misaka questions as she disregards her previous experience for a fresh outlook on things.

Sometimes. [Axel gives her a little smile] They can be pretty great, but they also kinda suck sometimes.

'More often than not then. Are they a good thing?' Misaka questions again.

Emotions? What, like being happy and sad and stuff?

'Yes,' Misaka replies with a nod.

'For you, perhaps, but they are something foreign to Misaka,' Misaka explains. 'What is it like to have them?'

No, it does not. Val was simply commenting. What do you require?

[Man, even a computer is making fun of her speech quirk?]

'Misaka would like to make a deal so that 9982 may receive emotions.' Misaka explains. 'Misaka will do anything required to make this happen, baring hurting 9982 herself,' Misaka adds on.
