[yes, Charles read the memo thing, but his head is splitting at the seams (damn you, full powers + 10000 extras!) and he isn't really in the mood for rereading. the camera is pointed at the sky so as to not give away where he is, because he's paranoid cautious

It's a field trip. I'm not really sure what's happening with all the extra people who aren't supposed to be here. They...probably won't be around for long. I think someone said this trip would only last about two weeks.

This is an... F3 trip. It's sort of a field trip, they usually last three weeks but with the temporary newcomers, I'm hearing word it'll probably be more like two.

It's... Sort of like a demented field trip. They move us over to another facility, in which the environment varies each time, for two or three weeks. Last trip was to a similar town, but with spaceships and better tech, the time before that was a twisted horror-movie version of Wonderland.

I'd already adjusted to having my ability dampened; the rush of new people and my ability in full is simply overpowering. As soon as I've adjusted again, I should be fine.
