[The feed switches on to show Emilia sitting at her desk. She's not looking into the camera, but at a paper talisman in her hand she's fiddling with, a binding talisman. She sounds serious]

Inspector Link, I need to have a word with you in private. Inform me when you will be free.

[Her hands twitch and the talisman rips. she turns the feed off

[Link's frowning a bit when he finally turns up on the feed. He's still at less than 100% after having his surgery the day before, but he still notices the name choice. It's been a while since Emilia called him by his title. What's going on?]

I'm free now, if you'd like.

[He gets a terse audio message back]

Then I shall be over soon.

[No pleasantries, just the audio turning abruptly off. A short while later there's a brief knock at his door]

[There's a dull thud inside, and after a moment Link calls out permission to enter.

When Emilia comes in she'll find Link perched on the edge of his bed, rubbing at a section of his pant leg that should be flapping free, his new metal foot peeking out of the bottom. Looks like he's not the best at maneuvering the prosthetic yet.]
