[she's relieved that someone has replied. she nods, and specifies:]

I can go take a look around his room and see if he's in there. Shouldn't be too hard even if everyone kind of looks like a stranger right now.

[So thankful they look alike.]

[she looks as if she thinks this is the best idea in the world right now. nill nods fervently, wings nearly flapping behind her back. she doesn't understand what's happened, but she knows that badou will make sure nothing bad happens to her.]

[she breathes a sigh of relief; there's at least one person she knows. all nill can do at the moment is smile. she's just happy to know that she apparently hasn't been moved or anything like that.]

It's kind of weird, isn't it? To not be able to recognize each other easily. But you're all right. Were you scared for a minute there?

[strangely, she really isn't ashamed to admit it with a nod; yes, she'd been scared. but seeing someone she knows makes it easier to deal with.]

[she nods, slowly. she doesn't think she's met this person before, so she isn't as unsure as she was a few moments ago. but yes, she knows alma and badou is her friend. she just wants to know where they are, that's all.]

[nill manages to return the smile without too much hesitation. she isn't exactly getting accustomed to being around strange men, but she's at least dealing with it as best she can. the blonde shakes her head a bit; she has their room numbers, she just hasn't gone in search of them yet. she's been too scared to, really.]

[seeing him sort of helps, but she still isn't sure if this is someone she met. so nill tilts her head, wings flicking almost curiously behind her back.]

[He stares for a few more moments, eyes lighting up when he spots the wings.]

Oh, Nill! [He waves.] It's Alma!

[and him saying his name is what makes it click, and her wings are almost flapping as she waves at him, just excited to see another familiar face. well, familiar now. she lets out a silent sigh of relief.]

[nill tilts her head at him. an angel? bishop called her his angel, and she knew that sometimes heine referred to her an angel when he thought she couldn't hear. so maybe she was. but she really didn't know; she didn't really remember much before waking up in the whorehouse, before running away, before heine found her. just fragments of things. so to be truthful, all she can do is shrug, said wings flitting behind her.]

[oh, well. she does look a bit disappointed at that. being an angel seemed as if it would be nice. bishop had read her stories about the angels in the bible, and told her made-up stories about the ones in the stained glass windows of the church. they all sounded brave and kind, things she'd always tried to be.]
