I'd like to say thank you to everyone that helped me get settled in my new situation.  I'm still here after several days, so it appears that this is real or that my hallucination will not be going away anytime soon.  In either case, I appreciate the support given to a stranger.  If I'm ever in a position to return the favor, I will.

I have yet to determine a pattern in who they kidnap. Actually, I was a tutor, but that hardly matters here.

I haven't seen anything approaching a pattern yet. While many of the people I've met seem to have some sort of special ability, I'm just your average person. But a tutor could come in useful for people arriving that aren't used to the technology here.
