This experiment makes it hard to do anything. I rather not spend my days bumping into people I can't see. But apparently- [A purr can be heard, interrupting Suki.] Something found me. I think it might be Hedy.

[More purring came from Hedy, trying to said that Suki was right.]

Harry, if you're looking for her, I got her.

Yes!

[Excuse the enthusiasm; it's just ridiculously exciting for him whenever someone actually understands his pop culture references.]

Please tell me that wasn't a fluke and you're honest-to-god more recent than the Victorians.

[Don't say it, Suki - he'll never leave you alone. He'll follow you around making jokes about films :|]

I'm not a Victorian, but I'm not from your world either. My world doesn't even have... well, anything your world does. During one experiment I thought I was from Remus's world, and learned a lot about his world through that. Apparently a lot of people are from similar worlds to his.

[There's a pause before he replies.

That may be because he was crying in the corner.

Okay, he wasn't. But, you know. He could have been.]

Remus is one of those British kids from the 70s, isn't he? I refuse to make jokes about Biggles and Enid Blyton in the hopes he'll understand me.

He is, but he and I weren't from the same time. I was from the 80's. From what I remember. I remember Monty Python! But I was Japanese, so I grew up with different things.

Lucky for you, Monty Python does feature pretty prominently in my repertoire of TV references.

[He sighs. It's... really excessively melodramatic.]

You're in the majority there.

Do you not have anyone from your world who will get them?

Well, a few. But I can't talk to Dean for more than ten minutes without the allergic reaction starting up, so...

Wait. You know Dean?

Yeah, you're right. He's worse.

Come on. What do you have against him? He can be dense, but he seems nice.

I think my main problem with him is the numerous attempts on my life for no good reason at all.

[Unless one counts Gabriel being a serial killing monster as a good reason. Which of course would be downright unreasonable.]

That, or I'm just jealous, which I hear is what his gargantuan yeti of a brother likes to tell him when he's feeling down about it.
