[The feed opens and Amy sits peering at the image on her screen. Nothing much registers on her face as she considers the familiar face. After a pause that's a bit too long, the recognition actually kicks in and a sort of vague smile appears on her lips.]

[He gives her a smile back. Just a few moments with Remus have told him that there was some kind of experiment happening to make everyone so out of it.]

Oh? Well... I try. [She closes her eyes for a moment, trying to grab a hold of a coherent thought somewhere in her brain. When she opens them again, she seems all together a bit more focused. Nowhere near her usual self, but it's a start.]

Looks like I was gone for a while. Last I remember it was early October and now it's November.
