[It's not so much that he wants to talk to him, Colin really does not want to talk to anyone willingly after all. It can be said though, that lately he's become a tad more sociable but certainly not by his own accord. He's quiet and he's difficult to work with particularly after a certain someone told him not to trust a soul within the place and blindly, he believed him. Yet that certain someone had not been around for quite some time so he really had no choice but to venture out on his own, to step outside his suite and move onward with or within accompaniment. In a constant state of questioning though, of reality and his sanity, it made things difficult until he realized that evening he was out of water and while he had ignored the urging to gather some for awhile, he finally made the choice to set forth to hurry down the hall and then hurry back ( ... )

I don't feel myself. [And he looked like a rather large bat--Colin was terrified of them, he was dark and perhaps villainous. Nervously he glances up and then looks back down to his feet, not aiming to make eye contact for that moment. At least until he raises his hand and he looks out at it. Taking a minute he stares forward then hesitantly places his hand in the others.]

Most of them aren't big green monsters. The main alien race on my Earth look pretty human, so you probably do.
