At the very least, it gives them a place to vent their anger s they can make their next decisions more rationally. People have been hurt terribly. They need something to turn to, or to turn on.

Not for the act itself, but the responsibility for letting him get into a position to carry out his actions.

If I hadn't experienced it before, then perhaps. But Suman Dark should have been enough of a lesson.

This confirms my initial decision. I am not fit for command and should not seek positions of leadership.
