I honestly don't know.

Perhaps you should do something about it then. Letting people yell at you does nothing.

At the very least, it gives them a place to vent their anger s they can make their next decisions more rationally. People have been hurt terribly. They need something to turn to, or to turn on.

[He frowns at that; he's still suffering fairly badly from his injuries, but he's doing his best to ignore them]

The evidence all points to it.

[He seems more confused than angry]

But why the hell would someone do a fucked-up thing like that? It must have been as much a risk to themselves as to anyone else...

I don't understand either, but I've learnt that some people can't be understood. They simply love to cause pain.

You cannot take the blame for his actions.

Not for the act itself, but the responsibility for letting him get into a position to carry out his actions.

I'll allow what I have to.

It's the job of a leader to be open and take responsibility for mistakes. I'm not obliged to cover up any horrors for a greater good in here.

Sabotage is something I should have factored in for during the construction of the defences.

If I hadn't experienced it before, then perhaps. But Suman Dark should have been enough of a lesson.

This confirms my initial decision. I am not fit for command and should not seek positions of leadership.
