[Despite the fact that her wounds have been tended to and dressed, Amalia doesn't have the courage to turn on the video, nor does she have the voice to carry out her usual complaints. Her throat still hurt and she was still much too conscious about the large scabs on her stomach and shoulders. So she goes with text.]

[all right, a fight! or maybe some kind of confrontation. at any rate there's bound to be an argument involved. that's why Vriska's so excited when she opens the door. ...then she looks around for a second, and. uh. what?]

[she's a second away from shutting the door entirely when she notices the doll on the floor down there. it kind of sticks out, it's a wonder it took her so long. she just kind of looks at it, puzzled.]

[And the moment Vriska utters that word the doll springs back to life and launches itself at her face, squealing very loudly and annoyingly, flailing its arms all over the place.]

AUGH BLUH PTHBBBTH

[that is the closest approximation to the noises coming out of her mouth. she is now clawing at her face, trying to get that ridiculous thing off of her.]

[The doll is trying its best to stay on Vriska by biting at her hair and by drumming on her head with its arms like a little kid throwing a tantrum.]

[noooo her precious rat's nest! okay obviously something that is attached to her face will fall off if it gets pounded against something. this plan makes perfect sense. so Vriska starts kind of... shoving her head and body against the wall. it's only the side of her, because she's not totally stupid. she's just trying to dislodge this DEVIL PUPPET.]

[The doll is having all tons of fun when all of a sudden WAIT THERE'S A WALL AND IT'S STUCK BETWEEN IT AND A HARD PLACE. It doesn't really hurt it. It squishes it, actually, but it stops screaming and flailing around. Now it just makes some angry squeaky sounds.]

[that's better than screaming. that's a lot better than screaming, because it means Vriska won. she stares at, uh, nothing since it's kind of hard to stare at something attached to her, but she's doing it smugly.]

That's what you get.

[At that the doll just starts screaming again and tries its best to punch her. Which, to be honest, isn't much when your arms are full of stuffing. But hell it is going to be loud and annoying until it gets out of this dilemma.]

[oh this thing just doesn't learn. round two! fight! that punching is, you know, kind of adorable. or it would be if it were happening to someone else. Vriska tries something that should have been obvious to her in the first place: not clawing aimlessly, but actually trying to pluck the doll off her. like what a normal person would do.]

[Hey. What do you know. It works. For the amount of fuss it puts up, it's surprisingly light and easy to peel away. The doll is left screeching and wiggling around to the max but it just can't escape Vriska's grip. After a while of this, it realizes that its effort to escape is futile and slumps, glaring and sulking.

It blows a raspberry at her.]

[all right, that tears it. she was going to just let it go on its merry little doll way, but that raspberry? yeah, she's gonna try chucking that thing as far as she can.]

[How mean! The doll hits the wall and squeaks. Being chucked at hard objects is not fun! It's going to try to crawl under her bed for shelter.]

Oh no you don't! [she gets down on the floor after it and starts grabbing for the doll again to stop it. it's incredibly silly. let's be honest here.]

[The doll leaps forward for escape and nearly makes it!! But Vriska has gotten its leg just when it was about to disappear and it falls back down with a squeal. It clings to the bed's leg, stubborn.]

I know who sent you. [no she doesn't. but she's expecting a conversation from something that can't speak intelligibly anyway.] And if they ever send you again, I'll throw them against the wall too.

[with its leg still in her hand, she starts walking out of her room. this time, she's going to chuck it down the hallway and slam every single door between it and her. if it doesn't stop her somehow.]
