[ The device is propped up against the wall sitting on the desk, holding a view of the room without having to be held up and showed around. Vegeta likes to not have to hold the damn thing up if he doesn't need to. Gives him the ability to actively hide himself and not have to worry about if he's holding it too low or too high.
