✖ Dante ✖ Mission Twenty-Four: Tribbles
[The faciliberry seems to have been dropped on the floor and is not lying at a strange angle on the floor. The shiny and painfully clean floor can be seen through most of the feed with the exception of a strange looking black ball of fur. For a few seconds, the feed is silent with nothing but that black ball as a small black kitten is slowly prowling it's way towards it, eyes wide and bent low ready to attack.
The kitten get's in position, it wriggles it's tail and just when you thought he was going to pounce, the poor kitten leaped into the air with a shriek of fear as Dante entered the room, a towel draped around shoulders as he worked at drying his hair. He stopped dead and gave a long curious whistle.]
Wow, Kage. [Funny thing to name a black kitten, no?] That is on big hairball. You don't have to jump away from it you guilty kitty, calm down.
[He kneeled on the floor as the black kitten still scared, went and stood behind his leg, Dante then made to reach the hairball when-]
Kage...why is your hairball purring. [He aid the kitten by his foot and then back at the furball, picking it up and examining it. The thing continued to purr. He grinned.]
Well what do you know, it's alive. Is the consortium being nice and giving everyone pet's? What the heck are these things anyway, where is it's head?
Temari, guess who was allowed to join the show? I don't exactly know what I'm going to do about food but the cat is mine to keep. Don't be shy, come and visit. He needs some petting.
Gaara, man, you okay? Is everyone okay? I know they gave the green light and all but who the hell ever listens to a green light?
And Vergil, if you could- [And he stops. Remembers something. Looks down.] Nevermind. Hope you're fine, bro.
[He moves to the bed where he slumps there. He looks very exhausted now, he's just holding the tribble there as his kitten tries batting at it. The feed eventually times out.]
