You just happen to have rice paper sheets in the pantry needing to be used up? :D You must buy a lot of diverse stuff... I tend to only buy things like this when I have a specific recipe in mind and then use them all at once.

When I ran out of the last package I had of rice paper sheets, I bought a new one the next time I was shopping at the Oriental grocery store. The packages aren't expensive and handy to have on hand. :)

It's the same strategy that I buy a new package of nori sheets when I run out of the last one. Of course the last package of nori I had had 100 sheets in it.
