I am so going to make the souffle once we move from here. I have no ramekins, to be honest I am pretty lucky to have 4 plates and bowls! But once we move and get everything out of storage this is so on the list! Thank you for sharing. :)

Once you move, hit one of the dollar stores and you can pick up 4 x 8oz or 6 oz ramekins for a very reasonable price. I like the larger size for making individual pot pies, cheesecakes, pineapple upside down cakes, in fact, cakes in general, creme brulee, flan, panna cotta etc.

Yes, we have Bargain Shops, Buck or Two etc. As well as the ubiquitous Wal-Marts and Zellers. :)
