Corned Beef Hash for One

I've never had this dish before so I don't know how authentic it is. But it WAS tasty. I used a recipe I found on Youtube here. I'd definitely make it again.

Looks great to me. I usually make my hash with leftover rib steak.

I almost used some corned beef brisket a while ago but it was too good ... so I just bought some canned which was fine for this.
