I still have a backlog of recipes/posts to share but got very excited about today's bake so it jumped the queue. Fast and easy buns. Tasty too. Just disappointed that I hadn't tasted/re-seasoned the filling again. Ketchup and a bit of Sriracha helped or the Dijon mustard. :)

Next time, I'll try the classic pork siu mai filling.

Whip up your favourite filling and the actual bun part is a snap to put together. If it needs a bit more flour cause of the warm weather don't be surprised. Or hold back a bit on the wate. :)
