Sourdough Bialys

The bialy is a small roll that, according to Wikipedia, is found in Polish and Ashkenazi Polish culture. It has many similarities to a bagel. It's a part of the Jewish cuisine of Poland that's not as well known as bagels. :)

You can eat it straight or cut it in half and use it as a bread roll.

I adore olive bread! I haven't made any in quite some time - I think I will be inspired by this post and bake a loaf this Sunday!

I get it now ... frustrating when that happens. I try to save recipes and links back to the original post when I run across interesting recipes in my Google searches. That's why I have a TON of recipes I haven't made yet. And then I have a single folder (MyRecipes) of the ones I HAVE cooked. Some are even my own or my mom's recipes. :)
