Indian Menu for 4 ... At Home

I came home last week with a tray of four skinless, bone-in chicken breasts and decided to include them in an Indian menu that I had planned for the weekend.

You're killing me. Now I want Indian food... but there's none to be had in Venice - at leas where we are... These all look very yummy, especially the chicken satay and the nan.

The chicken tikka was moist, tender and 'spicy'. :)

I was surprised how easy the flatbreads were to make ... I only made 4 for my first try. Next time, I'm making some paneer cheese to stuff them with.

I ended up with veal cheek last night. Not exactly what I wanted, but we couldn't leave the hotel. Sigh...
