Pork Tenderloin Four Ways

If you have a chance to buy pork tenderloin fresh, it's quite a versatile protein for a singleton, and you can take your time making various dishes.

Unfortunately, I bought mine frozen, so when I thawed it, I had to prepare (trim off fat and remove the silverskin) and use it in as soon as possible.

I actually pulled something out of the freezer to use - it turned out to be pork roast that's been shredded. Not really seasoned in any particular way - so this week I need to find ways to use it - do you have the recipe for the Korean marinade handy? I have gochujang in the fridge but haven't figured out quite how to use it :)

I marinated my raw pork tenderloin first in this and then cooked the marinade down to use as a 'sauce'. You could cook it first and use it as a bbq sauce or even combine it with a bbq sauce you already have if it's too hot for your taste. I went easy on the garlic. Go with as much as you like ( ... )

The pork that I have is already cooked - so I am going to try to make the marinade as a sauce, I think
