Sesame Semolina Bread and Soup (Two versions)

After an indulgent last dim sum outing with my nephew, on Friday, I used the afternoon to make another bread that I had added to my 'to do' list, while I was flourless.

The recipe came from the King Arthur Flour web site and is called a "

You're killing me here. That looks so freaking good. And you are too good. I would have just added more flour and ended up with a heavy loaf

I was tempted but I've had bad experiences when I did that. Oh well ... it all turned out alright.
