I've had a beef/steak craving for a while and picked up a couple of rib steaks (cap off), as well as a tray of pork chops, also on sale this week, with a plan to barbecue. WOW, those cream puffs look amazing. I have got to make some of those one of these days. Everything looks lovely as always. Are you feeling a bit better today?

Physically fine ... just a bit down. Maybe cause it was Mother's day and I was getting emotional. The weather's not helping.

The cream puffs are easy to make. You can whip up a batch in 1 1/2 hrs max for the first attempt.

I've made them many times. It's just doing it. Baking is never very high on my list.
