Spring is finally here ... daffodils are the first flowers that bloom in my 'garden'.

Daffodils are the first hit of colour in our yard, too - we don’t nearly have as big a bunch as you do here, tho.

These dishes look delectable - I do very much enjoy mushrooms.

We are quite spoiled here because we have a mushroom farmer who comes to the farmer's market. His elephant ear fungus is the best!

I looked it up ... seems like a very meaty fungus.

I should really try some others available at the grocery store.

It is really delicious in stir fries. We are quite spoiled.
