It was tasty and a nice change of pace. Now that I've eaten 3 pies (1 full sized and 2 minis) though, I doubt I'll have another for some time. :)

I made an Irish cream ice cream pie for Saint Patrick's Day (I used sugar-free coffee syrup instead of liquor, mixing it in lowfat ice cream that I softened.) I used your tip for the crust.

Didn't last eaten.

Sounds like it was a tasty pie. Love ice cream cakes but don't have a lot of experience with ice cream pies. Might have to give it a shot. :)
