Sometimes I run across recipes posted in the blogs I subscribe to that I have to make ASAP because they look and sound amazing.

Like this Cheese Spaetzle from Masala Herb.

Good lord, that looks AMAZING. I don't know what spaetzle are but quite frankly I do not care. Anything with butter, onions, and melted cheddar is bound to be incredible, right??

There's a link to spaetzle/nokedli ... a free form egg noodle/pasta on the page. They're an Austrian/Hungarian side dish.
