Lesson Learned... AGAIN: When you buy perishable greens like spinach or arugula, use them as soon as you can. They will hold up for a while, but there are limits, and they'll yellow, wilt and go bad. Even a sturdy green like kale will yellow, and end up having to be discarded after a week or two ( Read more... )

It's the achy back and bad knees part of aging that hits me the hardest. Luckily food restrictions aren't there yet.

Well, I've got those as well, but as of late I've been having more and more trouble with food. Grumble... and I adore broccoli.
