Thank you. I had a bunch of odds and ends meals to post so I combined them under the 'pork' tag but you can make the first 2 with chicken .. and roast a chicken in place of the peameal bacon. :)

I actually had to come home and raid the ham leftovers, you made me crave pork so much. We also had leftover pork roast last night, but it was a coincident. TBG decided upon it while I was showering after work.
