Sourdough Starter Green Onion/Scallion Pancake

ETA: Compare these to the 'classic' green onion/scallion pancakes here.

As a resource, YouTube is amazing. (And a huge way to fritter away a lot of free time ... but that's something we each have to deal with in our own way.)

Sounds great. I love scallion pancakes! If I try the dipping sauce, I might cut back the first ingredient. TBG isn't into hot things ( well, unless you count me.) :P

The dipping sauce is not that hot cause the Sriracha or sambal dissolve in the liquid and you don't actually get that much in each bite. Make a batch and have him try it out. DO cut back on the sesame oil as I noted, though. A little goes a long way. :)

Do you remember seeing the classic green onion pancake from years ago?

I always cut back on the sesame oil. We both aren't really fond of it.

I do remember the classic green onion pancake. In fact, I have some in my freezer. :D

I use sesame oil sparingly but I DO like it.

I haven't made those pancakes again since. :)
