ETA: If you don't have any starter, simply replace it with 1/2 cup of warm milk, about 1/3 cups more AP flour, 1 tsp of sugar and 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast in the quinoa bread recipe below. Thank you though the bread was my favourite. I just had a couple of slices toasted with Parkay margarine for lunch and will probably make another loaf next week or the one after. The muffins are in the freezer. :)
