I've made Bang Bang Shrimp before but simply sauteed the raw shrimp in a garlic butter and then coated them in the sauce. This time however, I went for the more challenging version and tempura battered the raw shrimp and then deep fried them. I very, very rarely deep-fry, in fact it's been years... It is keen to have a deep-fry party every once in awhile, I used to have a turkey deep-fryer that was fantastic for that. I'd like to get one again someday.

I'm stock piling a big 4 liter container until it's full cause it has to be taken to the recycling depot.
