Quick and Easy Hot Fudge Sauce

The recipe for this quick and easy hot fudge sauce was requested by someone who reads my blog. It was paired with a salted caramel sauce that I posted some time ago, drizzled over ice cream, and served with warm apple-raisin egg rolls.

When I was a teenager (back in a previous century) I worked during the summer at a local ice cream/snack bar place. We were given one hotdog and one ice cream creation every day we worked.

My all-time fave was vanilla ice cream with chocolate and caramel. I saw your post and I was instantly 17 again. :)

I know what I will make for the man today! Salted caramel sauce for the liter of soft ice cream I bought for him from Dairy Queen. :-)

I just finished the last of my vanilla ice cream but with the salted caramel on top. Time to buy another tub. :)
