Fresh and delicious! I am planning to make some sushi rolls this weekend myself... Not sure what sort of fish we will get for them yet, tho.

I COULD buy sushi grade tuna if I wanted to splurge but I usually just go with shrimp and fake crab. :)

Mr Psmith and I love sushi but I've never tried it myself. (I have done homemade egg rolls, which were NOMZ). I really must gear myself up to try it. We have a wonderful fresh seafood place here -- it's called "Fins and Tails" -- and every time I'm in there I think, "ooh, tuna..."

I've never made egg rolls, maybe cause I'd have to deep fry them, but I hope to one day

Thanks for the link ... I suspect that as with most things, the fried version is just tastier. Like the time I tried to bake cannoli. They were just so disappointing. :(
