I've been working on my pan gravies. Sausage gravy over biscuits are not something I grew up with but it's a very filling and tasty alternative to plain old bacon and eggs.
Thank you for the link! I didn't grow up with sausage gravy, either; in our neck of the woods, that would have meant white gravy, and Mom hates milk. I don't think it ever occurred to Mom to buck tradition. :P
