I decided to cook off a few pieces of the salmon (filets and belly meat) and the skin today.
Buttery rich and soft salmon belly meat marinated in home made teriyaki and baked til tender is paired with a couple of pieces of crispy salmon skin. Serve them with some sushi rice and seasoned seaweed ... revel in the
umami goodness!
