I haven't been able to find any Meyer lemons so far, but I wanted to make a curd which was similar in flavour, so I substituted some of the lemon juice in my curd recipe with freshly squeezed orange juice. The result is this "Sort of" Meyer Lemon Curd.

I think I'm going to make some lemon curd tiramisu next. And dip the biscuits ('Nilla wafers instead of ladyfingers) in limoncello instead of espresso. I just have to figure out a way to make it not TOO sweet.
