Cherries Jubilee Crepes for Two

Like the "Crepes Suzette", I've made before, here and here, this dessert is very old fashioned. I don't know that you can order it in most restaurants any more, but you can make it at home, for a fraction of the cost of ordering it out. I remember it being on the menu at Antoine's in the French Quarter when I went to New Orleans in the 80's and it'

At fancy restaurants they'd come with a cart with a gas or propane burner on it and assemble and flame the cherries at your table.
