You're welcome but the 3 slices of duck breast were looking back at me as I searched the fridge for possible fillings. :)

Very fancy. I have to admit, I'm not much of a sushi fan. California rolls and the like don't do it for me. I used to get a bit of sushi at a Japanese restaurant in Chicago -- it came with the salmon teriyaki or tempura dinner -- and it was good, so maybe I've just had mediocre sushi the last few (okay, 20) years.

There are several wonderful all-you-can-eat sushi places in time and I get a wide variety of dishes for a very reasonable price. I've posted pictures of several outings there under the 'ayce' tag. Hopefully you revisit this post and can take a peek.
