Yogurt and Herb Dipping Sauce

I threw together this dipping sauce for my falafel a couple of weeks ago but never got around to posting it. I think it would be great with shish kebab or souvlaki as well.

I made 5 dozen this time ... and I still hadn't finished the batch that was still in my freezer because I didn't want my fresh herbs to go to waste. I think it was worth the effort. :) Kibbeh next.

I have to make falafels again! It's been ages... and it's one of the rare vegetarian dishes I can treat as a "complete" meal without regretting the absence if meat... The sauce looks delicious. I usually make tzatziki or the Bulgarian version with dill. Sissi (http://www.withaglass.com)

It's chewy, flavourful and very satisfying, isn't it? There's a rice and lentil dish that I may make next called mujadara that you might also enjoy.
