A verrine is a small dish presented in a glass which would normally be used to serve drinks. The vertical nature of the presentation and the transparency of the container allows an enjoyment of the different layers (usually 3) visually and gustatorily. What a beautiful presentation. I'm impressed with your clever method! The contrasting texture of the jelly and the creamy panna cotta looks very appetizing.

Thank you. The peach/raspberry puree on the bottom was supposed to have a bit more texture as well as being more 'peach' coloured than it turned out. Unfortunately, I had used up the last of the peaches I had in the peach crumble by that point.
