After seeing recipes using espresso powder everywhere, I finally bought a jar of instant espresso powder for a bit of experimentation

Mmm, looks lovely. I wish the Big Guy had a taste for coffee, but he bulks at anything coffee flavored. I would have to eat all of these myself... hmm, there's a thought.

What a shame that you'd have to eat it all on your own. :) I made another version of panna cotta, which should drop later today which he can enjoy, I think.

I might be tempted to boost the amount of espresso just a bit. And add a slug of Kahlua to it next time. :)

You're making me VERY inspired to make panna cotta! Maybe matcha version. :D So pretty. I always love espresso and coffee desserts!

I thought of match panna cotta as well, like the one I made quite a while back. The colour combinations are endless ... you could use mangos, pomegranate juice, green mint syrups, and of course, all the chocolate and coffee variations.
