It was very tasty. I'm going to try the Panang curry paste with chicken next time I think. I'll have to pick up another can of coconut milk first, though.
It's a good idea to add potatoes. Thus you don't need to wonder whether to serve it with Japanese or Thai rice... (I mean I wouldn't need any other carbs if I used potatoes ;-) ). Sissi (http://www.withaglass.com)
A fusion type end result. The use of the potatoes reminded me of a Japanese curry but I used the basmati rice just cause I like the way it stands up to liquids without getting soggy.
