I had to postpone making the chop suey dish I had planned for so long that the veggies went soggy, especially the bean sprouts. So I tossed them, as well as the thawed Chinese bbq'd pork and water chestnuts. I'll have to make it at some point in the future, when I haven't gone to the city market and brought home an assortment of deli meats and buns
