The pork souvlaki look amazing! I think I might prepare skewers tomorrow for dinner...
You have reminded me I wanted to try Pad Thai from my new huge Thai cookery book (everything tastes so different from it; I'm sure Pad Thai will be surprising too). Sissi (http://www.withaglass.com)

Souvlaki, the way I do it, is quite easy. The only tricky part about Pad Thai is creating a flavourful sauce to add to the noodles. I'm looking forward to any Thai food posts you make.

I haven't had decent Thai food for more than a month and I'm craving for it especially after your Pad Thai! You make delicious dishes all the time and keep inspiring us to go back in the kitchen. ;) Those prok souvalaki looks amazing!

I only make a couple of Thai dishes but would like to do more. And then, of course, I HAVE to try some Korean dishes especially now that I've seen those youtube videos AND that I finally went out and bought the gochujang today. They make the dishes seem pretty simple.
