Sold out of lamb chops and just before Easter Sunday?! The horror! Glad you were able to get some leg. Serious question from someone who's never cooked a lamb leg - can't you just cook it with the bone in? Surely once it's all cooked it'll fall right off the bone...
They brought in half a skid for those of us who don't leave our shopping until the Saturday before Easter Sunday. :)
I always like to have a boneless leg of lamb cause it reduces the cooking time to half and you don't have to deal with cutting around the bone. I wanted to get the marinade INSIDE the meat as well, not just on the outside..

I won't comment on lamb [I just did] because I don't eat it. I think it's worse than fish. What am I doing here then? Have a happy Easter Maria!!!
