Mm, quince jam - it's been ages since I had some... I bet it gave an amazing flavour to the tart. Quiche looks good too - it's been a really long time since I had quiche too... funny how some dishes just kind of slip off the radar!

I haven't seen quinces at the city market in ages. Of course, the season is short and I only found them the first time by accident.

Al my quiche disappeared within days. Didn't even go into the freezer.
