Some Pantry Clearance Dishes ... Burritos, Pizza and Souffle

In one more week, my New Year's pantry clearance effort will have reached the two month mark. I'm using the term 'clearance' quite broadly. As long as at least ONE major item in the dish, preferably two, comes from my fridge, freezer or pantry, it counts. Duck burritos sound fantastic! (You have given me such an appetite for duck, I have recently bought a duck leg and was going to make something vaguely similar... I hope I'll manage to post it). That pizza looks great... did you make the base too? Duck burritos sounds nice too... I'm thinking the "crispy aromatic" duck I make sometimes would be amazing in tacos... you gave me a great idea!

Yes, I usually make my own pizza dough using this recipe. I agree that your crispy aromatic duck would be good in tacos or on pizza or on top of a duck poutine. A wonderful way of stretching a flavourful and sometimes pricey ingredient.
