More Cooking For One

I wasn't sure what to title this post. I decided on the continuing theme of "Cooking for One" but it could also be called:

So many fantastic meals! I am particularly interested in burrito. Salmon and leek quiche looks beautiful. I'm not a salmon fan, but I know many people who would go crazy for it. Sissi

They were all pretty good dishes/meals. Thank you for the nice comment. The salmon and leek quiche is so pretty to serve to company ... pink and pale green and yellow.

It was delicious, even if I forgot to season with salt/pepper and nutmeg after being distracted by a phone call as I was finishing up the custard until after I popped it in the oven to bake. :)
